Processing & Handling
Most orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days of being placed. Apparel items require 3-5 business days for production before shipment.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Delivery times vary by destination and carrier, but most orders are delivered 3-8 business days after they are shipped.
International Shipping
We ship to select international destinations (view our International FAQ for more information). Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and/or box dimensions of your order.

Delivery timeframes are estimates and begin from the date of shipment, not the date of order. Delays caused by customs processing are outside our control and may extend these timeframes.
Duties & Taxes
For all international destinations we ship to, duties, taxes, and customs fees are collected at checkout through our Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) shipping. This means you will not be charged additional customs fees upon delivery.
In rare cases, a carrier may issue an unexpected duty or fee notice after delivery. If this happens, please contact us using our contact form before paying. We want to help investigate the charge and work toward a resolution on your behalf.
Your bank or card issuer may apply foreign transaction fees for purchases from international merchants, even when charged in your local currency. These fees are assessed by your financial institution and are outside our control. We are not responsible for any fees your bank may charge.
PO Boxes & Military Addresses
We ship to PO boxes and military addresses (APO/FPO). Please note that delivery to these addresses may take longer than standard estimates, and tracking updates may be limited once the package is in transit through the military mail system.
Lost, Stolen & Undelivered Packages
Marked as delivered but not received: If your tracking shows your package was delivered but you have not received it, please first check around your delivery area, including your mailbox, porch, garage, and with neighbors or your building management. In our experience, most packages turn up within a few days.
If your package has still not arrived after 3 business days, please contact us using our contact form and include your order number. Please note that we are not responsible for packages that are confirmed delivered to the correct address and subsequently lost or stolen.
Lost in transit: If your tracking has not updated after 10 business days (domestic) or 20 business days (international), please contact us and we will investigate. If the carrier confirms the package is lost, we will reship or refund your order.
Incorrect address: We are not responsible for packages that are undeliverable or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout. Please double-check your shipping address carefully before placing your order.
