Thank you for shopping with Girlypop Tabletop! We want you to love your magical, cozy tabletop accessories. Here’s how refunds and returns work for all purchases.
Return Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a damaged/defective item.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Our digital downloads, including gift cards and digital PDF character sheets, are non-refundable, since they’re delivered instantly and can’t be returned.
That said, we want you to be thrilled with your purchase! If you run into any issues accessing or using your files, please reach out to us by using our contact form, and we’ll do everything we can to help make it right.
Cancellations
Please let us know as soon as possible by contacting us here if you are wanting to cancel your order. Since fulfillment can happen very quickly, often the same day as the order was placed, it may not be possible to cancel the item.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Forwarding Services
Girlypop Tabletop does not facilitate or coordinate shipping through package forwarding services. If an order is placed using a forwarding service or third-party address, we are not responsible for the package once it is marked delivered to the provided address, including any loss, damage, or delays that occur during or after forwarding. Returns and exchanges are not available for forwarded orders. Customers are also responsible for any import duties, customs fees, VAT, or other taxes assessed by their destination country, as well as any sales tax applied to a US-based forwarding address. These charges are outside our control and are not covered or reimbursed by us.
Gift Cards
Girlypop Tabletop gift cards are valid for online purchases at girlypoptabletop.com only and cannot be redeemed at in-person events or conventions. Gift cards do not expire and cannot be used to purchase other gift cards.
Gift cards can be applied to any order and combined with other payment methods if your order total exceeds the card balance. Any remaining balance stays on your card for future use.
