International FAQ

If you have questions about ordering from outside of the United States, then you're in the right place! If you don't find your answer here, please contact us and we'll be happy to help.
  • We ship to the following countries:

    Australia, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Bulgaria, Canada, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom.

  • Almost everything in our shop ships internationally! Apparel is currently only available for US customers, but we hope to expand that in the future.

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and dimensions of your order. You will see your exact shipping cost before completing your purchase.

  • We ship all international orders on a Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) basis, which means all applicable duties, taxes, and customs fees are collected at checkout. You will not be charged anything additional upon delivery.

  • Most orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Once shipped, estimated delivery times are:

    International Express Delivery: 6-10 business days

    International Priority Delivery: 8-20 business days

    Important note: These timeframes begin from the date of shipment, not the date of order. Customs processing time is not included in these estimates and may extend delivery by a few days in some cases.

  • International orders follow the same 14-day return policy as domestic orders. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number.     If you're in the EU or UK: you have the right to withdraw from an order within 14 days of receiving it, without providing a reason. To exercise this right, contact us within that 14-day window using our contact form. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.   • First, check your tracking information for any updates or notices from your local carrier. If your tracking has not updated after 20 business days from your ship date, please contact us with your order number and we will investigate!
